Trek Trip – Hershey Park

Please join us for our next Trek Trip to Hershey Park!

Each prospective participant for the trip must send a current ISP, PCPT and NJCAT for our management team to review in order to determine if we can safely provide the level of support the person would need while attending our trip.  We will be accepting referrals for this trip on a first come, first served basis until we reach capacity or until June 21st – whichever comes first.

Please be aware that the price requested is the out-of-pocket expense, which is NOT covered by the DDD budget. The out-of-pocket expense for all Trek trips covers the cost of hotel, all meals, and all activities that require an entrance fee during the trips. DDD does not allow us to use funds from the budget to cover these costs.

Depending upon the specific trip, we try to keep the expense as cost effective as possible. The Service Detail Report (SDR) that is submitted with the units on it for Out of Home Respite based on Tier level, covers the staffing for the trips.
