Lacey Day Program Makes the
Most of Summer!
Summer’s almost over, so staff members Erin Scivoletti and Sherri Itte escorted our Lacey
Community Support Services (CSS) participants out to enjoy the sun before fall arrives. In
addition to having lunch by the river, they also enjoyed a beach outing at Island Beach State
Park. All participants in attendance were relaxed and enjoyed their outing, stating, “It was
relaxing just sitting on the beach and working on word crosswords under the umbrella.”
We were so happy to provide our participants with a true beach experience with the
accommodating staff at the location. The wonderful atmosphere of sharing lunch at
The River Lady restaurant and river boat was also an experience we won’t soon forget.
We can’t wait to plan another adventure for a different group before our summer disappears!
