Speed Isn't Everything...But It Sure Helps!
Michael is a program participant of the Easterseals Employment Program and works at our Raritan
Valley Work Center in New Brunswick. He’s the kind of worker you call if you want a job done, not
just right, but quickly. That speed isn’t only specific to his work however… Michael is also one of
the fastest swimmers in the country, evident by his recent invitation to represent the USA at the
Special Olympics as part of the national swim team! As soon as Michael learned of his invitation,
he told all his friends and team members at the Easterseals center. He will be going to Seattle to
compete for the gold medal. We are so proud of Michael’s accomplishments both in his work and
in life. We wish him all the luck in the world at the games (though we know he won’t need it).
