Jersey as a partner in the kit assembly, and as Chris
notes, this enduring relationship has been a “win win”
for all of us, with Sanofi being named Easterseals New
Jersey’s Company of the Year several times.

A Fond Farewell to Stewart

"We said goodbye to our long time consumer Stewart (Buddy) back
in October as he moved on to even greater things. He was very
musically inclined. You could hum a tune and he would play the
entire song on an organ. It's no surprise that his favorite television
show was “American Idol”. He was also so exceptional with
computers/electronics and you could not give him a math problem
that he couldn’t solve!

When Stewart first came to our day program he had a very hard
time adjusting. In fact, he had a number of behavioral issues that
required the attention of expert behaviorists. After some time, and
through the commitment of our staff, he showed real improvement.
We are proud of the progress he has been able to make and
though he has moved on to other endeavors, he will always be
remembered here at Easterseals Rio Grande for his sense of humor, artistic abilities, charming smile, and
loving personality! Wishing you all the luck Buddy!"

Bowled over by Billy

This is Billy, one of the talented production workers at our Work
Center in Millville. You might notice he is wearing a medal around
his neck… We are excited to announce that he earned that medal at
the Special Olympics Bowling Championship! He was so proud of
his accomplishment that he wore it into work the next day to show
the staff and his coworkers. He was also particularly proud of his
professional appearance on this day and insisted that we capture
this moment. We are so proud of you, Billy!
