As part of our Employment Services Program, we provide opportunities
for participants to sample a number of different jobs. This not only
gives them a better idea of whether or not they would like to pursue a
job in that field, but it also gives them a chance to practice the job skills
they learn with Easterseals. Recently, we took a trip to a Stop & Shop
Edison, NJ so our participants could experience bagging, stocking,
and how to work with customers and fellow staff. Everyone enjoyed
the opportunity and was thankful to Stop & Shop for welcoming us into
their store.
